Exchange & Returns Policy
We have a 7 day exchange policy. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We have a 3 day return policy if purchased with a credit card. If purchased with a debit card you will have 1 day to return.
Unfortunately we are unable to do partial refunds, therefore we cannot refund you on an item where the original sale was for more than one item and will have to do an exchange.
We do not accept returns on items such as jewellery and clothing due to hygiene reasons..

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a charge for any courier fee we have incurred.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Constantia@littlehouseboutique.co.za and send your item to: Little House Boutique, Shop 13, Constantia, Constantia Village, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7806, South Africa.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Little House Boutique, Shop 13, Constantia, Constantia Village, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7806, South Africa.
Shipping costs for returning your item/s will be for your own account.
We are not liable for any products damaged/lost during shipping nor any customs and taxes applied to the order. Please contact the courier to clarify any concerns.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping a pricey item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
